Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to high profile projects across the midlands. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

  • Manage and deliver on various healthcare projects from inception through to completion
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
  • Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
  • Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification
  • Strong post RIBA Part 2 Qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Experience working on projects within the Healthcare sector
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
