Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents’ evenings and staff meetings.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Holds QTS and is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Has strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management potential.
- Is reflective, proactive, and eager to develop professionally.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to high standards and pupil progress.
