We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance/Reach Forklift & Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Shefford.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a rotating shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm), offering a great chance to join a supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and dispatching orders to a high standard
- Checking and storing incoming goods accurately
- Operating forklifts safely (Counterbalance & Reach)
- Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
- Supporting warehouse operations across multiple locations
- Handling manual tasks both indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance & Reach Forklift licences
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills
- Good communication and numeracy
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Full UK driving licence
